David Moyes is ready to sign a new contract with Everton.
The Sunday Express says Moyes is poised to sign a new lucrative three-year contract to stay at Goodison Park and ignore any overtures from managerless Tottenham.
The 49-year-old Scot has been one of the bookies' favourites to take over from Harry Redknapp, who was sacked last week.
But providing there is no desire from within the boardroom to part with their big players unless the cash is immediately reinvested in new players then Moyes is prepared to extend his stay at the club. He can expect a big rise as Kenwright is aware that the bigger clubs are always likely to have his bright manager on any wish list of replacements.
