Tottenham have tabled a contract offer to Juventus veteran Andrea Pirlo. A three-year-deal has been offered in their efforts to lure the Juventus ace to the Premier League when his contact expires next summer, reports Calciomercato.com. Spurs' technical director Franco Baldini and boss Andre Villas-Boas have launched the deal and hope an agreement can be in place by January.
And Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are all thought to be monitoring the Italian international's situation, but are yet to make an official move to sign the player.
Former Chelsea striker Gianluca Vialli recently revealed: "I've heard rumours from England that there has been contact between Pirlo and Tottenham for next season."
