Tottenham have tabled a bid for Sevilla winger Diego Capel.
Diario de Sevilla says Spurs have offered more than Capel's current £10 million buyout clause after having a previous bid turned down by Sevilla during the January market.
Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido is currently considering the proposal.
