Tottenham are interested in Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo.
Mediaset says Tottenham are turning to Negredo after being frustrated in their pursuit of AS Roma striker Mirko Vucinic.
Spurs were keen on Vucinic, but have been crowded out by Juventus, Inter Milan and Manchester United.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is now making enquiries about Negredo's availability as Sevilla ask for Giovani dos Santos.
