Tottenham striker Roberto Soldado has escaped punishment for his apparent elbow on Everton defender Phil Jagielka on Sunday.
Soldado appeared to aim a flailing arm into Jagielka's midriff during the goalless draw, an incident which left the England international needing treatment.
But Soldado has escaped a retrospective FA charge after the governing body decided to take no further action against the Spaniard.
