Tottenham striker Roman Pavlyuchenko is a target for West Ham United.
The Daily Mail says Upton Park boss Gianfranco Zola is keen to add firepower to his struggling side, but would be unable to bring in a new striker unless the Hammers can attract new investors.
Zola is said to have enquired about 27-year-old, but Pavlyuchenko's price tag could put him off.
Tottenham have indicated they want to recoup more than the £13.8m they paid Spartak Moscow for Pavlyuchenko in the summer of 2008.
Spartak and Zenit St Petersburg are also keen on the Russia striker, but value him at closer to £10m.
