Lokomotiv Moscow are launching a bid for Tottenham striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.

Sports.ru says Lokomotiv Moscow are continuing to negotiate with Tottenham over a possible move and have submitted a second offer of £7.5m after they had their first bid of £6.5m turned down.

Lokomotiv's big-spending rivals Anzhi Makhachkala are also believed to be monitoring Pavlyuchenko's situation and considering a move.
