Harry Kane felt privileged to be on the pitch when Wayne Rooney broke England's goalscoring record on Tuesday.
The Three Lions captain netted his 50th international goal in the 2-0 win over Switzerland when converting from the penalty spot in the 84th minute.
Tottenham youngster Kane, who had earlier scored his third England goal in just his fourth appearance, was just 10 years old when Rooney scored his debut goal for his country and was thrilled to be on the Wembley Stadium turf when the Manchester United star broke Sir Bobby Charlton's 45-year record.
I grew up watching this man score for England! It was a honour to share that moment with him! Congrats @WayneRooneypic.twitter.com/1KDvW4yyJo
