Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe is happy seeing UEFA charge Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho is being investigated over the suspicious red cards for Xabi Alonso and Sergio Ramos in their Champions League victory over Ajax.

Defoe supported UEFA's decision to charge Mourinho, writing on his Twitter site: "Good to hear that UEFA will be taking action - Mourinho's a top coach but that sort of thing can't go on."
