Tottenham goal scorer Peter Crouch admits he should have scored late on in their 2-2 draw at Werder Bremen.
Both sides had late chances with England striker Crouch missing one golden chance when one-on-one with keeper Tim Wiese.
Crouch said: "It was frustrating because in the first half we played so well. We should have killed them off.
"I should have scored near the end. I tried to chip the keeper but it went wide.
"A point away from home in Europe is not a bad start. But if you make a mistake in the Champions League it is costly and that's what happened with their first goal."
