Tottenham striker Peter Crouch admits Harry Redknapp has been crucial in his career.
Crouch also played for Redknapp at Portsmouth and Southampton.
He told the Mail on Sunday: "Southampton stands out for me as a turning point. When Harry came, he couldn't understand why I wasn't in the team. He told me I would play up front with Kevin Phillips for the rest of the season and it gave me a huge lift in confidence. I scored 16 goals after Christmas, played for England and got a big move to Liverpool."
