Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor is battling to be fit for their clash with Newcastle United.
Adebayor suffered a hamstring strain in Spurs' victory over Arsenal and is only rated at 50-50 to recover in time for the journey to St James' Park.
He has scored three goals in four games since joining on a season-long loan from Manchester City.
