Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor is still getting to grips with Chelsea captain John Terry's amazing goal line clearance on Thursday night.

Terry blocked Adebayor's shot on 91 minutes to secure a point for the visitors.

"That was a difficult one," Adebayor told the Spurs website. "I knew what I was going to do in my head and when the ball came, that's what I did.

"When I saw the ball on its way I thought 'yes', I was excited, I thought the ball was going into the back of the net.

"But unfortunately, John Terry was there. I don't have a clue where he came from. I don't even know how he saved the ball. Fair play to him."
