Tottenham haven't given up hope of a temporary move to Wembley.

The Daily Mail says Tottenham never got the opportunity to negotiate with the FA over releasing Harry Redknapp to become England manager when they chose Roy Hodgson.

But it's understood Spurs would still like to talk about using Wembley while their new ground is being built.
