Tottenham are set to move for Liverpool fullback Andrea Dossena.

The Daily Mail says Tottenham Hotspur are ready to move for Liverpool outcast Dossena if the Italy left-back's move to Napoli fails.

The 27-year-old left back, who signed for Liverpool from Udinese in a £7million switch a year ago, is keen on a return to his homeland, but the £4.5m switch to Napoli has been held up over a wages dispute.

Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is wary he could lack options at left-back if he loses Gareth Bale, who has been linked with a move to Italy.
