Gareth Bale has told Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas that he wants to join Real Madrid according to reports.
Sky Sports sources suggest that the Welsh winger told Villas-Boas and Spurs officials on Wednesday at the club's North London training centre that he is keen to leave.
Madrid made an offer of more than £85million a few days ago but Spurs have not yet responded to the Spanish giants.
