Gareth Bale suggested that it was not all about him after he guided Tottenham to a 3-2 victory over West Ham United tonight.
The Welsh star blasted his 14th and 15th Premier League goals of the season - the second a winning missile in the 90th minute - as Spurs went third on the table.
Bale has now scored six goals in his last four league outings and he feels his form is simply down to playing well in a very good team who are chasing a Champions League spot.
"I am just enjoying my football. That is the most important thing," he told Sky Sports.
"The team is playing well, which makes it easier. It is not about me, it is about the team. We played well tonight."
And ahead of the North London derby with Arsenal on the weekend, Bale added: "We know it is going to be a massive game. They are a great team and we obviously want to get the three points and keep our Champions League hopes alive."
