Tottenham will make a final bid for Everton skipper Phil Neville today.
The Daily Mail says Spurs will make one last attempt to prise Neville away from Everton.
A second bid, believed to be less than £500,000, was rejected by the Goodison Park club on Saturday night.
But Spurs manager Harry Redknapp remains desperate to sign the 34-year-old and, while he has not submitted a written transfer request, the former Manchester United star has also urged Everton to listen to their offer.
