Tottenham captain Ledley King is eyeing a move to the USA.
The News of the World says King is set for a big-money move to Los Angeles.
No, the Tottenham defender has not been persuaded by David Beckham to join him at LA Galaxy.
Instead, King intends to try his luck in the movie business. He has made plans to unwind in America following the World Cup and will meet film producers and discuss investing in a future project.
The plan was inspired by fellow England defender Ashley Cole who, with the help of crocked Three Lions skipper Rio Ferdinand, put up much of the £3m investment behind Brit flick Dead Man Running.
Defoe intended to join Spurs pal King but has gone cold on the idea.
