Tottenham have agreed compensation with Sevilla over their deal for former manager Juande Ramos.
The Primera Division club accused Spurs of an illegal approach for their coach, who was under contract at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan until summer 2008.
A short statement from the Spanish club on Monday night read: "Sevilla and Tottenham reached an economic agreement on Monday to resolve their legal dispute which arose as a consequence of the departure of Juande Ramos from Sevilla, in October 2007, to coach the English team.
"The club are happy with the agreement."
Ramos was sacked by Tottenham last October after 12 months at the helm, and spent the second half of last season leading Real Madrid to a second-place finish in La Liga behind Barcelona.
