Tottenham are rated as favourites for West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino.
West Brom are expected to sell Berahino after he spoke out last week over his future plans.
Spurs will have to pay £25million to secure the West Brom striker having baulked at £15m last summer, says the Mail on Sunday. They're set to get a clear run, however, with rivals Liverpool now focusing on Burnley striker Danny Ings.
