FC Twente winger Bilal Ould-Chikh is being watched by Tottenham.
The Daily Star Sunday says the Moroccan-born wide man, 17, is a sensation in Holland, where he is already playing in the Twente first team.
The speedy winger is also being tracked by Borussia Dortmund and Fiorentina and is tipped as a future Holland star.
Spurs first started monitoring him when he played for his adopted country in the Under-17s European Championships in May.
He is under contract until 2016 but has a release clause of around £500,000 and fits the mould for Spurs as a young prospect with bags of potential.
