DeAndre Yedlin is expecting to lift the MLS Cup with the Seattle Sounders this season.
The 21-year old full-back, who signed with Tottenham in August, helped the Sounders progress to the Western Conference final thanks to a 0-0 draw with FC Dallas in the second leg of their regional semi-final.
The Sounders, who saluted by virtue of the away goal rule after the 1-1 draw in Dallas last weekend, will next meet rivals LA Galaxy and Yedlin is confident going into the two-legged match-up which will precede a possible MLS Cup final with either New England Revolution or New York Red Bulls.
"Our expectation is to win the MLS Cup," Yedlin, who was loaned back to Seattle, said.
"Anything less than that and we're not satisfied."
In the three meetings between the Sounders and the Galaxy this season, honors have been shared with Seattle winning 2-0, LA triumphing 3-0 and there being a 2-2 draw in between.
The first leg of the Western Conference Championship takes place on November 23 at the StubHub Center prior to the return bout at CenturyLink Field on November 30.
