Tottenham star Rafael van der Vaart feels that assistant Joe Jordan will be able to tell Spurs a lot about tomorrow night's opponents Heart of Midlothian.
The North London club are preparing to take on Hearts at Tynecastle in the first play-off leg of Europa League group stage qualifying and the Dutchman says Jordan's knowledge of the club he once coached will be of great benefit.
He also heaped praise on the former Leeds United and Manchester United striker who clashed face to face with AC Milan's Gennaro Gattuso during the Champions League last season.
"Joe looks tough! I think Gattuso was a little bit scared of him. Downstairs after the match he was waiting for Gattuso. To me it is good when you see a coach like that because sometimes it's good to have that passion and see that they are not afraid," van der Vaart said.
"Before I came here, I didn't know that much about Joe but everyone has told me what kind of striker he is and they are nice stories.
"He is a very straight down the middle guy. He is always there on the training pitch. "I'm sure he will tell us everything we need to know about Hearts."
