Tottenham's Sandro targets Olympic gold

Tottenham midfielder Sandro believes Brazil are capable of winning gold at this summer's Olympic Games.

23-year old Sandro has been selected in Mano Menezes' squad for the 2012 Games and is targeting success as Brazil prepare for Group C action against Egypt, Belarus and New Zealand.

"I feel so proud, so happy," Sandro told reporters.

"Brazil have never won this competition and I know we have a great opportunity this time and to make history in our country.

"We have a fantastic squad with Neymar, Pato, Leandro Damiao, Oscar - every player in the squad is a great player.

"It would be a dream for me if we can win this tournament. If we manage to do it we will be very happy."
