Roman Pavlyuchenko fears that he may miss out on next summer's European Championships with Russia if he doesn't find regular first team minutes soon.
The striker is receiving very little game time under Harry Redknapp at Tottenham and indicates that he wants to move on so he can put his best foot forward ahead of Euro2012 for the Russian team.
"Something must change. I must play in order not to miss Euro 2012, and there is a danger of missing such an important tournament," he told Sport Express.
"You don't get into the national squad on past achievements. I will be 30 in December, and it could be my last big tournament."
Pavlyuchenko added: "I don't know whether the club will execute that option (to extend his deal), but a good offer would definitely be considered. I don't know my market value right now."
