Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara wants to remain on-loan with Portsmouth.
With England international Jermaine Jenas struggling for a starting place and Luka Modric nearing full fitness, O'Hara would be down the midfield pecking order if he returned to White Hart Lane.
He said: "I have not heard anything from Harry but Avram has had a discussion with him.
"Everyone knows I want to stay and help the club out of the relegation zone. It is up to Tottenham to decide what they want to do.
"They are a big club with top players and sometimes a younger player has to go elsewhere for regular football and establish himself."
