Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is free to play for France in their World Cup playoff against Ukraine this week.
Les Bleus head to Kiev for the first leg of the crucial Brazil 2014 qualifier on Friday and will have Lloris in two after he missed Spurs' 1-0 loss to Newcastle United on Sunday because of concussion.
Lloris had suffered a head knock in last weekend's scoreless draw with Everton when he collided with Romelu Lukaku but has been passed fit to play for his country after failing a fitness test at club level on the weekend.
"He's fine, he's very well. He did specific training - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - with Tottenham," France boss Didier Deschamps told reporters on Monday.
"(On Tuesday) he'll take part in training as normal. There are no worries with Hugo."
He added: "I won't go into details (about Tottenham's medical tests). But they did what they thought was necessary in terms of what happened last week."
