Les Bleus head to Kiev for the first leg of the crucial Brazil 2014 qualifier on Friday and will have Lloris in two after he missed Spurs’ 1-0 loss to Newcastle United on Sunday because of concussion.
Lloris had suffered a head knock in last weekend’s scoreless draw with Everton when he collided with Romelu Lukaku but has been passed fit to play for his country after failing a fitness test at club level on the weekend.
"He's fine, he's very well. He did specific training - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - with Tottenham," France boss Didier Deschamps told reporters on Monday.
"(On Tuesday) he'll take part in training as normal. There are no worries with Hugo."
He added: "I won't go into details (about Tottenham’s medical tests). But they did what they thought was necessary in terms of what happened last week."
