Tottenham's Kranjcar: England plan to help out Croatia

Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar has revealed how English teammates said they would help the Croatian national team in World Cup qualifiers this weekend.

England meet Ukraine this weekend and if they win, it will help Croatia qualify for South Africa 2010 and Kranjcar said that Spurs mates promised him a victory.

"I have no doubt about the professionalism of the English team and that they want fair play. I believe they will be out to win in Ukraine," Kranjcar said.

"I have spoken with my Tottenham team mates and they have all promised to go out to win and I consider England to be favourites.

"For this Saturday, I will be a big fan of England. We are depending on them for the right result to help us finish second in the Group.

"England have qualified but they have pride and will never let up or take a game easily under a manager like Capello who always demands the best."
