Tottenham defender Vedran Corluka suggests he would like to remain with German club Bayer Leverkusen.
The Croatian right-back joined the Bundesliga outfit on loan from Spurs in January and is enjoying his time at BayArena suggesting a permanent deal could be on the cards.
"But Bayer have the option to buy me in the summer and if the two clubs reach an agreement, I can't see any reason why I shouldn't stay in Germany.
"The start of the season was not good for me or the club (Spurs). Results were not good and then I got injured.
"While I was out, Tottenham started to play better and better and when I returned it was difficult to break back into the starting XI. But I had to play as I want to be ready for Euro 2012.
"I had many offers but Bayer were the most serious. I have no regrets.""The truth is that my deal at Tottenham expires in 2014, so I could go back to London," he told Globus.
