San Jose Earthquakes are running the rule over Tottenham midfielder John Bostock.
Following the successful recent loan spells of Simon Dawkins, the Quakes are looking at another Spurs attacking mid to bring in for a temporary stint and are hoping Bostock can be that man.
"We're not closing the door on Simon coming back," Quakes general manager John Doyle said. "In the meantime it would be nice to see how John likes us and we how we like him.
"There are more options out there," Doyle said. "We're being thorough in looking at them. We're making sure we make the right decisions on who comes in. If we don't bring in John or Simon we still have a good team."
Since joining Spurs from Crystal Palace in 2008, 21-year old Bostock has been loaned out to lower league English clubs Brentford, Hull City, Sheffield Wednesday and Swindon Town.
