Tottenham’s Adebayor positive he will be fit for Arsenal clash
Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor is confident that he will be fit for this weekend’s meeting with former club Arsenal.
The Togo ace, on loan from Manchester City, is trying to recover from a knee problem in time for Sunday’s North London derby at the Emirates Stadium and today posted on Twitter that he could be back for Spurs.
"Just finished training, really happy with the progress, knee is looking much better. Working on my fitness for Sunday,” he wrote.

SPURS FANS,
Hope u are not due for arude awakening. The reality of the premier league may soon dawn on u. FACE ARSENAL THEN MAN U, U may find yourselves 4points adrift of fourth place. That means u too need the points. Am sure pool, chelsea and newcastle are all in the mix. Nothing is guaranteed as yet, may be europa league places look realistic for now.
