Tottenham's Adebayor not giving up in Champions League race

Emmanuel Adebayor insists that Tottenham will continue striving for a top-four finish despite tonight's draw with Chelsea.

Spurs trailed twice before equalising in the 80th minute through Gylfi Sigurdsson to eventually draw 2-2 at Stamford Bridge which keeps them in fifth place with two matches remaining.

The draw saw Spurs go within a point of fourth-placed Arsenal whilst Chelsea sit three points clear in third as Adebayor, who scored a lovely goal in the 26th minute, and his teammates prepare for Stoke City on Sunday.

"We came here for three points and we didn't get it," Adebayor told Sky Sports 1.

"Now, we have to keep going. We have two more games and if we win those two we have the chance to be in the Champions League.

"We take one point. We have no regrets. We will go home and recover for the next game."
