Tottenham are rushing to sign Espanyol goalkeeper Pau Lopez.
The Mirror says Spurs are pushing to complete a loan deal for goalkeeper Pau before Saturday's game with Crystal Palace.
The White Hart Lane club have been talking to Espanyol about a deal for the 21-year-old shot stopper for some weeks now but contact has increased in the last few days after Hugo Lloris suffered an injury in the first half against Everton at the weekend.
France number 1 Lloris is expected to miss four weeks with a hamstring problem, thrusting Michel Vorm into action.
But Mauricio Pochettino, who coached Pau during his time at Espanyol, is keen to bring in the talented young keeper as backup with a view to a permanent deal.
