Tottenham are joining the competitive Premiership battle for Sevilla wing kid Diego Capel.

The Daily Mail says Capel will be allowed to talk to clubs if a bid matches his £9m buy-out clause.

Negotiations with Juande Ramos's former club will not be without their problems given the acrimonious nature of his departure, while Arsenal and Manchester United are also tracking the 20-year-old.
