Tottenham are reviving their pursuit of West Brom defender Jonny Evans.

The Telegraph says Spurs are considering activating Evans' release clause at West Brom.

The Northern Irishman will be available for £3million if West Brom are relegated this season, which now appears inevitable.

Evans has been linked with Manchester City, Arsenal and Everton in the past but Spurs are ready to enter the race.

Spurs are said to be willing to cash in on Toby Alderweireld and see Evans as an adequate replacement.
