Tottenham have reopened talks with Internacional for Leandro Damiao.
The Daily Express says negotiations with Brazilian Leandro's club Internacional have begun again after Spurs had a £16m offer rejected in January.
They are hopeful a deal can be clinched within the next fortnight.
