Southampton have failed with an improved bid for Tottenham winger Andros Townsend.
The Mirror says they've had a second bid, worth £12M, for Tottenham's Townsend knocked back by Spurs.
But Ronald Koeman has not ruled out making a further offer for England winger Townsend who has been unable to break into the Spurs team managed by ex-Saints chief Mauricio Pochettino.
