Tottenham are regarded as favourites for Brescia midfielder Omar El Kaddouri.
Genoa have also made contact with Brescia for the Belgium U21 international, but local media sources say Spurs have shown the strongest interest.
El Kaddouri is inside the final two years of his deal with Serie BBrescia.
The midfielder came through the junior system at Anderlecht before being snapped up by Brescia as an 18 year-old.
