Brazilian teenager Neilton is on the radar of Tottenham.Sambafoot says Tottenham are ready to pounce for the attacker after new contract talks with Santos stalled.
Santos have offered £7,000 a month with Neilton holding out for £20,000 a month.
Tottenham are thought to have had a £7m bid for Neilton - who has been dubbed the new Neymar - rejected over the summer.
