Tottenham are refusing to give up on Hamburg striker Heung-Min Son.

Spurs have been encouraged in their pursuit of the South Korea international with HSV failing to convince Son to discuss new terms this month.

Liverpool are also interested in Son, though have pulled back since the arrival of Danny Sturridge from Chelsea.

Tottenham hope to do business for £8 million.
