Tottenham hope to setup a January deal for Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente.

The Sunday Mirror says the striker last week confirmed he will leave Bilbao when his contract expires in the summer.

But Spurs are ready to offer a cut-price £7million to Bilbao to cash in on Llorente in the January transfer window. He was Bilbao's top scorer with 17 league goals last term but has been sidelined due to his refusal to sign a new deal.
