Tottenham are weighing up meeting Joao Moutinho's buyout clause to sign him from Porto.
The London Evening Standard says Moutinho is new Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas's primary target but he has a £35m release clause and they face stiff competition from Manchester United.
Indeed, it's suggested in Lisbon are already negotiating terms with Porto for the midfield schemer.
