Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is planning a shock move for West Ham United midfielder Scott Parker.
The People says Redknapp will allow Jermaine Jenas to leave for Aston Villa and could take advantage of the Hammers' financial plight with a £5million offer for Parker.
Parker, 28, is a boyhood Spurs fan who would jump at the move, with West Ham needing to sell as their owners - collapsed Icelandic bank Straumur - face meltdown.
