Tottenham are ready to outbid Aston Villa for Leeds United midfielder Fabian Delph.

The People says Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is on a push to snap up top young players and is willing to outbid Martin O'Neill's Villa for midfield dynamo Delph in the next few days.
