Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has played down the prospect of moving for Huddersfield striker Jordan Rhodes.

Spurs' Joe Jordan and Clive Allen were present to see Rhodes score five against Wycombe Wanderers.

Asked whether he would be making a move for Rhodes, Redknapp said: "No, he's a great player but not for Tottenham.

"We haven't made any offers. It's difficult, we've already got a good squad and there's no need to bring anyone in unless they can go straight in and improve the team."
