Tottenham officials are on their way to Spain today.
The Sun says Spurs directors fly to Spain on a double mission today - to try and persuade Seville to pay £8m for Zokora and to settle the long running dispute over former coach Juande Ramos.
The La Liga side insist the manager was 'poached' as Ramos was pictured in a Spanish hotel with Spurs officials more than two months before he succeeded the sacked Martin Jol.
Seville have been attempting to claim almost £3m in compensation but it now seems that president Jose Maria del Nido is ready to ignore the matter if Spurs accept his price for midfielder Zokora, 28.
A Seville source said: "We are ready for a positive solution."
