Tottenham are closing in on Porto star Joao Moutinho.

Diario de Noticias says Moutinho has secured a promise from Porto president Pinto da Costa he WILL be sold this summer.

Da Costa will hold out for at least £22million for his prize asset, who could also be a target for both Manchester United and Chelsea.

And, if Spurs hold on to a Champions League spot, manager Andre Villas-Boas is sure to be back in the queue for his former charge.
