Tottenham and Newcastle United are chasing Ajax defender Toby Alderweireld.
Voetbal International says Tottenham and Newcastle are scouting the Belgian this season, who is off contract in 2014.
"I'm ready for that step up when there is a nice club, but I can also stay for a year. Perhaps there is an offer to come," Alderweireld recently said.
